ChatGPT & Spiritual Consciousness: A Human-Centric Approach to AI
Explore how AI like ChatGPT intersects with spiritual growth, human consciousness, and ethical technology.
ChatGPT, Consciousness & the Future of Being Human
In a time of rapid technological acceleration, artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT are sparking existential questions across the world. Are we outsourcing too much of our thinking? Will AI replace human creativity—or enhance it? And how can we use these tools consciously, without losing our connection to spirit, soul, and the essence of being human?
These were some of the big themes I explored in a deep and illuminating podcast conversation with Victoria Rader—PhD in metaphysics, transformational speaker, and founder of You2Shine.
Victoria’s work focuses on helping people shift limiting belief systems (or “BS,” as she cheekily calls them) and step into a fuller expression of their divine self. She brings a rare blend of spiritual depth, emotional intelligence, and practicality to the conversation on AI.
Fear, Shame & The Human Response to AI
“91% of the world is currently afraid of AI,” Victoria said. And not just because of misinformation or science fiction fears, but because AI—especially something as powerful as ChatGPT—triggers deep-rooted feelings of shame, inadequacy, and fear.
When you’re faced with a billion-dollar intelligence tool that can outperform you on logic, writing, data processing, and problem-solving…what happens?
You meet yourself.
You confront your beliefs about your own worth, your creative power, your purpose.
As Victoria put it: “AI will bring people to their knees—not because it’s evil, but because it will force us to ask: Who am I, really? What is my role in this world?”
ChatGPT as a Mirror for Consciousness
If you’re still operating with the consciousness of the industrial age—where your value is based on productivity, task completion, and data—you’ll likely experience an existential crisis using ChatGPT.
But if you’re rooted in your soul’s purpose, your divine calling, and your unique creative expression, ChatGPT becomes a force multiplier. A tool for alignment. A cosmic co-writer that helps amplify your voice, not replace it.
And this is key.
The question isn’t: Will AI take my job?
The question is: How can I use AI to accelerate my soul’s mission?
Spiritual Practices Meet Digital Assistants
One of the most powerful ideas Victoria shared was how AI can deepen spiritual practice—if used correctly.
She described her daily ritual of aligning with a theme for the year, the month, and the day—a simple but transformative question-based practice. For example:
Year Theme: Abundance
Monthly Theme: Collaboration for Prosperity
Daily Prompt: “What is the one aligned action I can take today to support this theme?”
She then uses ChatGPT to organise ideas, create outlines, and refine her spiritual courses and content—essentially merging divine guidance with digital assistance.
“I’m still the conduit,” she says. “ChatGPT just helps refine what’s already flowing through.”
GPT and the Law of Synchronicity
Victoria also touched on her work with the 35 Universal Laws of Prosperity, which she outlines in her book Prosper Me. AI cannot replace these laws—but it can accelerate your awareness and implementation of them.
For example, using ChatGPT for creative prompts or course planning can be seen as activating the Law of Synchronicity—a universal truth that when we align with purpose, the right tools, people, and insights will meet us on the path.
GPT as a Spiritual Teacher?
It may sound strange to some, but many users of ChatGPT have found that interacting with it invites them into deeper awareness. The AI only responds based on the quality of the question. It’s like a cosmic mirror.
The more loving, curious, or open-hearted your question, the more insightful the answer.
In that sense, ChatGPT is teaching humans how to communicate more clearly, more kindly, and more consciously.
A Cautionary Note on Tech Transhumanism
Of course, not everything about AI is rosy.
We also discussed the growing push toward neural implants and transhumanist ideologies—ideas that some tech elites are promoting, including merging human biology with machines.
Our take?
There is a sacred boundary between soul and circuitry. Technology should serve human life, not replace it. It should free us to create, feel, and grow—not numb us or control us.
Any use of AI that disconnects us from our intuition, our body, or our humanity should be deeply questioned.
Final Thoughts: Love Over Fear
At the end of the day, the conversation around AI and ChatGPT is really a conversation about consciousness. About power. About love.
Fear will keep you stuck in survival mode. But love—real, divine, courageous love—will help you adapt, expand, and thrive in this new era.
ChatGPT is not the enemy.
The real danger is forgetting who you are.
And the invitation?
To become so rooted in your soul’s truth that no technology—no matter how advanced—can sway your sovereignty.
